1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WhoSitsWhere ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WhoSitsWhere is an online table seating planner that helps users create seating arrangements for weddings, galas, dinner parties, and other events. The Service includes guest management, table configuration, constraint-based arrangement generation, and PDF export.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in through a third-party provider (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

The Service is currently free for events with up to 50 guests. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers for larger events or additional features in the future, with reasonable advance notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including guest names, relationships, seating rules, and arrangements ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of WhoSitsWhere. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhoSitsWhere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your User Content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
